Who Tobook is

Tobook is a house-rental business in Kyiv with 270+ houses across 3 websites. Its founder, Tetiana Chuhunova, also runs a project for houses in Spain.

How we worked before: many messengers at once

Before Botfay we had to work in many messengers at the same time. Customers wrote in Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram and OLX, day and night. Every channel had to be opened and checked separately, and a request could arrive in any of them at any hour. That meant a lot of time on the phone.

What it cost the business

Leads that waited more than a few minutes simply booked another house. Requests that came in at night were lost. Hiring a sales team to work 24/7 was impossible for a small business, and chatbots with fixed questionnaires made customers leave.

What customers really ask

Customers do not answer questionnaires. They ask: "Do you have a house for 12 people with a sauna this weekend?" That question needs an answer right away, with real options, and someone has to know the exact moment to pass the customer to a person.

What Botfay changed

Now all channels work in one inbox, so nobody has to jump between apps. The AI agent answers immediately, finds suitable houses and hands hot leads to a manager. It works on a catalogue of 118 houses and about 280 FAQ answers. Managers use Botfay every day as their sales inbox.
